Typically, there's two ways to resolve this issue. [1] Your ticket vendor (i.e. Ticketmaster, Universe, Eventbrite) will usually send out a reminder email with your tickets. Alternatively, you can write to the customer service of these respective ticketing vendors. [2] If you aren't getting anywhere with point [1], talk to Holly.
